Our Story
Carey is a visionary interior designer with a BA in interior design who specialises in creating spaces that reflect individuality, personality, and emotional connection. Butterfly 6 Studio was named to reflect Carey’s butterfly-like aesthetic- playful, colourful, natural, and rich in texture and pattern. It also draws inspiration from Butterfly 6, a painting Carey once saw in the Smithsonian Museum whose name also reflects Carey’s fondness for incorporating numeric elements into her designs. Carey’s love of nature and her commitment to eco-friendly practices and practical, achievable sustainability are important guiding principles when she works with clients.
